Mrs Hartley has an MSc (merit) Psychotherapy studies and an advanced diploma in integrative counselling. She is a BACP Accredited / UKRCP registered independent Counsellor who works with adults through a portfolio of work in the corporate, private and voluntary sector. As a counsellor, Mrs Hartley uses the integrative approach by drawing on theories and skills that are best suited to each client’s needs, recognising that people all face differing complexities when trying to achieve a healthy life balance.

Psychotherapy, or personal counseling with a psychotherapist, is an intentional interpersonal relationship used by trained psychotherapists to aid a client or patient in problems of living.

It aims to increase the individual's sense of their own well-being.
