I qualified as Humanistic counsellor in 1999 and specialised in working with MND patients and their partners dealing with anticipatory grief, loss and bereavement. I also worked for the Adult Psycotherapy Team in Redditch. I qualified as a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist in 2010 and am working towards accreditation. I have spent the last two years working with adults and adolescents experiencing low self-esteem, stress, anxiety and depression.
