Alisha has worked for the NHS in Adult Mental health services from 2006. I currently work as Cognitive Behavioural Therapist for the NHS within a psychology department. I successfully completed my CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) training in 2010. I have gained experience of helping others to learn and cope with life’s difficulties, such as, clients who experience mood and/or anxiety disorders, like, depression, Low self-esteem, social anxiety, panic with/without agoraphobia, specific phobia, obsessive compulsive disorder, health anxiety and post traumatic disorder.
