Dr Hoskins qualified in 1990 and worked as a Clinical Psychologist in the Primary Care speciality until establishing her company Psycho-Legal Experts in 2000. She specialises in the assessment of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder as an ‘Expert’ witness appointed by joint instructions.
